riskHive product latest :– helping you to do more with less
The latest release of riskHive’s world class business decision solution, Arrisca Desktop Analyst V3, has arrived. Combining for the first time the key functionality needed by modern organisation to validate and verify the core data sets used for critical fiscal and schedule models, this release has been welcomed by the user community as a major step forward in the development of business process excellence.
The Arrisca workflow simplifies the process of validating and understanding the model ‘s sensitivity to input changes and easily generates a probability based view of the outcomes, drastically reducing the amount of effort needed to provide a firm basis for critical decision making and helping to ensure yours is a profitable, risk aware enterprise.
Arrisca integrates with MS Excel and MS Project as standard ‘out of the box’ and using the configurable flex object can be used with ERP solutions such as SAP, parametric tools such as SEER from Galorath as well as your own bespoke databases.
Arrisca Analyser for the Desktop: Version 3 delivers;
- Cost and schedule analysis through direct integration with MS Excel and Project
- Input \ task sensitivity analysis (Driver analysis)
- In-spreadsheet input sensitivity heat-mapping
- Scenario testing and evaluation: manual-empirical or auto-stochastic
- File-version evolution recording (what has actually changed to change the cost or schedule)
- Generation & processing of Uncertainty parameters (3PE)
- Generation & processing of Risk & Opportunity parameters
- Simple capture of risk and uncertainty data from model where it exists
- Monte Carlo simulation and statistical analysis
- Generation of graphical and text-based reporting
- Re-insertion of statistical outputs to source dataset
- Automation of processing using a simple template for common functions and controls
Our clients tell us;
“using Arrisca has altered our approached to using Monte Carlo for uncertainty and risk. In the past we just applied our other risk tool to any spreadsheet we were given without checking the spreadsheet was valid; now we apply Arrisca during the construction of our cost models - this has considerably reduced the time taken to build and validate models”
“the riskHive focus on the complete end to end process for modelling risk and uncertainty shows in the easy of use of the tool. They have managed to reduce the time needed to prepare a fiscal or schedule model for Monte Carlo from days to hours. The simplicity of identifying the key drivers across the project for both the input and the uncertainty reduces the time we need to generate accurate data sets and has made a marked improvement in the quality of the data we contribute to the organisation”
